Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account email, when you request a magic link.
• Usage events you POST, which may include identifiers you choose to send.
• API metadata: timestamps, IP, user agent, idempotency keys.
• Payment identifiers from Stripe when billing is configured.

How we use it

To operate the ledger, authenticate you, enforce plan caps, write Stripe invoice data you asked for, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data. We do not use usage payloads for advertising.

Processors

Hosting, Postgres (typically Neon), email (Resend, when configured), and Stripe. Each is bound by their terms and, where required, a DPA.

Retention

Account data lasts as long as the workspace exists. Usage events are kept so invoices can be reconstructed; you may request deletion of a workspace. Magic-link tokens expire in 15 minutes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may access, correct, export, or delete personal data, or object to certain processing. Email privacy@usagemill.com. Do not send card numbers or government IDs in usage events.
