Terms of Service

These Terms are between you and Media Yard LLC (“Media Yard”, “we”). By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them. If you use UsageMill for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

The service

UsageMill stores usage events you send, aggregates them, and — when you configure Stripe — helps create invoice items or metered subscription lines. Plans and caps are published on the pricing page and enforced in software. We may change caps with notice.

Your responsibilities

• You may only send business usage data you have the right to process.
• You are the merchant of record for invoices to your customers unless we say otherwise.
• You keep API keys secret and are responsible for calls made with them.
• You follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable payment-network rules.

Fees

Starter is $0. Pro is $49 per month. Scale is $149 per month. Paid plans bill through Stripe when price IDs are configured. Unpaid overage or abuse may pause ingestion.

Availability and data

The service is provided as-is. We aim for continuity but do not promise uninterrupted metering. You should keep your own copy of usage if a miss would harm billing. We may delete a workspace after prolonged inactivity on Starter.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Media Yard is not liable for lost revenue, incorrect invoices, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability in a twelve-month period is the fees you paid us in that period (or $100 if you paid nothing).

Governing law

New Jersey law governs, excluding conflict rules. Courts in Camden County, New Jersey have exclusive venue, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere.
